Kokomo High School Class of '86 – 25^th Year Reunion Friday Night Mixer (July 29^th, 2011) - (GUESTS WELCOME)

We have changed the location of the Friday Night Mixer to Hoops On the Square in downtown Kokomo be able to offer the opportunity for classmates to bring a spouse or guest. Join your fellow classmates for a pre-party mixer the Friday before the main reunion event. This is a great time to meet up with classmates that you’re still in touch with and also those that you may not have seen or talked to in a while. Enjoy a casual evening of appetizers and purchase locally brewed beers at Hoops On the Square (formerly the Sycamore Grill) in Kokomo from 7pm-10pm. The restaurant is located at 115 West Sycamore Street, Kokomo, IN.

Kokomo High School Class of '86 – 25^th Year Reunion Bonfire Bash (July 30^th, 2011) – MAIN EVENT ($30 per person advance purchase online / $40 per person if purchased at the gate the day of the reunion)

Join your fellow high school classmates for a wonderful, summer evening and outdoor bonfire bash. Our classmate, Craig Malson, has graciously allowed us to host our 25th year class reunion on a large piece of his country property which is located just 5 miles south of Kokomo in Tipton County.  The address for the reunion main event is 1737 N. 900 West, Tipton, IN 46072. 

Our event includes a fully catered dinner and cash bar provided by Jug’s Catering.

Entertainment for the evening will include 2 live bands: Misfit Toys and Lemon Wheel.

The main reunion event location will include parking on grass, a large tent (in case of inclement weather or to escape the summer sun), tables & chairs for dinner, a new large new barn (if the party needs to head in doors), bonfire, and plenty of open area.  Feel free to bring your own folding chair to sit by the bonfire. Enjoy a casual evening of food, fun and great entertainment. We have an exciting night planned for our 25^th year class reunion and we’re hoping you’ll be able to attend!

Tentative timeline of main event :
5:30-6:30pm (social)
Enjoy some social reminisce and catch-up with your classmates while enjoying a great summer evening in Indiana.

6:30-8:00pm (dinner – Jug’s Catering: http://www.jugscatering.com/)
The menu will include Jug’s full gambit of their famous fried chicken, hog roast, Brown County biscuits with apple butter, 2 hot vegetables, salad, and lemonade.  Additionally, Jug’s will provide a cash bar where classmates can purchase beer, wine, mixed drinks, soft drinks and bottled water.

5:30-7:30pm (live music – opening band: Misfit Toys)
Misfit Toys is one of the hottest, local hard rock bands in Kokomo. Strumming out the licks on rhythm guitar is our very own Rick Eitleman. And believe me…Rick and the rest of the Misfit Toys band will ROCK your butt off. They play all of your favorite 80’s hair-band music along with 90’s and today’s rock hits. What a great way to kick-off the reunion entertainment and we can guarantee you'll love these guys (and be sure to ‘Like’ their site on Facebook to get up-to-date information on future gigs the band is playing)!

8:00-12:00am (live music – headliner: Lemon Wheel: http://www.lemonwheel.com/)
Our feature entertainment headliner for the evening will be the band Lemon Wheel , one of central Indiana’s hottest party bands. Enjoy dancing and more while Lemon Wheel cranks out LIVE music covering a whole spectrum of 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and today’s hottest pop/rock/country/Mo-town/soul/funk/dance tunes (check out their song list). Lisa and the rest of the Lemon Wheel band will definitely keep the crowd dancing all night long! If you haven’t had the pleasure of seeing Lemon Wheel perform live before, you are definitely in for a fun time without a dull moment the entire evening. Feel free to request that special song as the evening shifts into high gear!
